Led by Coach Noah, this session is built for athletes, competitors, and anyone who wants to increase their speed. Whether you're prepping for a sport, want to break a PR, or simply want to feel faster and more reactive, book a session with Noah, the current Costa Rican decathalon record holder.

A one-on-one strategy session with Coach Laine, who has 10 years of clinical and sports nutrition experience, designed to help you align your eating habits with your goals. Unsure of what to eat? Or maybe are you eating the wrong things? Whether you're chasing fat loss, muscle gain, or simply more energy and clarity, this session gives you the tools to eat with intention. She provides you with a personalized nutrition audit, and strategic guidance on macros, meal timing, and even meal planning if desired.

Book a focused 30-minute soft tissue session with Coach Donovan, who is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). It's designed to reduce tension, restore mobility, and reignite performance. He performs hands-on soft tissue work which leads to improved range of motion and reduced soreness.
